Careers
Help everyone write at the speed of thought.
We're a small team building a product people use every day to do their best thinking. If you care about craft, privacy and the people you build for, we'd love to meet you.
Why Wisper
Meaningful work, early.
A product people feel
Wisper changes how people work minute to minute. You'll see the impact of what you ship in your users' words, often the same week.
Hard, interesting problems
Real-time speech, language understanding, latency budgets measured in milliseconds, and privacy constraints that make every design decision count.
Founding-team ownership
Join early enough to shape the product, the architecture and the culture, with the trust and autonomy that comes with it.
How we work
What working here is like.
- Users over opinions
- We settle debates by talking to the people who use Wisper.
- Clarity is kindness
- Direct, respectful feedback, written down, given early.
- Small, sharp, shipped
- We ship small improvements often rather than big ones rarely.
- Privacy is non-negotiable
- We build the product we'd trust with our own words.
