Questions about plans.
Is Wisper free right now?
Yes. Wisper is free for everyone in the early-access programme. Join the waitlist and we'll send your invite as soon as there's space.
How much does Wisper cost?
Basic is $10 a month and Pro is $20 a month. Pay yearly and you save 20%: Basic works out at $8 a month ($96 a year) and Pro at $16 a month ($192 a year). Teams pricing depends on your team's size. Nobody is moved to a paid plan without choosing one.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Paying for a year up front costs 20% less than paying monthly: $24 a year on Basic and $48 a year on Pro.
What happens to my data on the Basic plan?
Exactly what happens on every other plan. Audio is deleted after processing by default, your content is never used for AI training without your opt-in, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When paid plans launch you'll be able to upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account settings. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
How does billing work for teams?
Teams get one centralised bill for every member, managed by your workspace administrators. Tell us about your team and we'll work out the right setup with you.
Will prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, such as GST, which are calculated at checkout where required.
What if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. You can export your content at any time, and if you delete your account we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
